lilcutiethoughts is a series of anime-style portraits I've been working on as a personal project. With an almost obsessive attention to detail, my goal for each illustration is to pinpoint the little quirks that makes each subject unique and create a portrait that unmistakably represents them. I began creating lilcutiethoughts of friends just for fun but the reaction was so overwhelmingly positive that I started up an Instagram account where portraits of friends are showcased alongside portraits of people and characters from pop culture. I have since opened an Etsy shop where people can commission custom portraits.
